Appointments & cancellations: we require a courtesy 24-hour cancellation notice. Appointments must be confirmed to secure the time slot — unconfirmed appointments, same-day appointments, and walk-ins are not guaranteed.
Treatment & consent: all treatments are provided by licensed dental professionals. You will be informed of risks, benefits, alternatives, and costs before consenting to treatment.
Payment & insurance: payment is required for services rendered regardless of insurance coverage. Austin Dental Plus accepts PPO plans and private pay, with no-interest financing options available upon request. We accept major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and financing (subject to change). We accept many dental insurance plans (Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, Solstice, SunLife, United Healthcare PPO, Ameritas); coverage varies and you're responsible for confirming benefits and any uncovered amounts.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to ADP or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
